- I want the apartment cleaned. How do I schedule a cleaning?

Apartments are always thoroughly cleaned before check-in. Extra cleanings can be scheduled with our customer service and require a separate charge.
A stay of 10 days or more includes additional cleanings, depending on the length of stay.
- Why do I need to provide a passport and border control slip upon arrival?

The prices we advertise across platforms do not include VAT as tourists are exempt. The documents are required for verification purposes. Without them, we will be obligated to charge an additional 17% VAT.
- I got off the plane, how do I get to the apartment?

There are several transportation possibilities from Ben Gurion airport. You can get a taxi at the designated area, you can hop on a train and then, using the Gett Taxi or Yango Taxi Israel apps, order a taxi to the apartment. Alternatively, we can arrange for an airport pickup, directly to the apartment.
- How does the check-in process work?

We can either welcome you to the apartment during our working hours, or, we can provide instructions for contactless access to the apartment any time of day.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. We make an effort to accommodate our clients’ arrival and departure hours, so feel free to contact us with your needs and we will do our best to meet your requests.
- Is there anything I need to bring with me?

No. The apartment has all the essentials for daily use: toiletries, linens and a fully equipped kitchen.
